When storing cheese, it is important to regulate humidity so that it does not dry out or develop a whitish coating.

The oiled wooden lids with naturally breathable properties are ideal for this purpose.

Storage

A temperature of 12–14°C is recommended for cheese. If you have a reasonably cool place, you can simply leave the tin outside the refrigerator. If not, it should be refrigerated, as a warm room is unsuitable. In any case, the tin fulfils the function of regulating humidity.

It has also proven itself for storing sausage for the same reason.

Care

The ceramic is completely dishwasher safe, but the lid is not. However, it can be washed and dried by hand as normal.
