If you don't like physics: skip the next paragraph and simply try out this cup with its generous volume and handy design!
If you don't mind a little physics:
The dent in the handle area moves the handle closer to the centre of gravity of the vessel, shortening the lever arm, reducing the torque and making the cup feel lighter. Because what can otherwise be heavy about cups is not their absolute weight; what is heavy is always holding them against tipping.
The handle dent is also a harmonious solution from a visual perspective. The handle is no longer perceived as a distraction, but rather as a finishing touch.
Our vibrant glazes vary in colour and texture
Glaze colour
We glaze the outside in five different colours, all with a natural, vibrant texture and in such a way that the ceramic remains visible in the lower section.
yellow-brown

green-blue

black-anthracite

blue-shaded

white-sand

The inner glazes not only meet the (by our standards) low standard of ‘food safety’, but are also completely non-toxic.
The colour structure is unique to each vessel; no two are exactly alike. To get an overview, you can also look at the same glaze on the other shapes.
Materials:
Vessel: 1300°C stoneware with feldspar glaze (highly resistant and impact-proof)
