This spoon comes from France (where box trees are larger than ours). Boxwood is extremely hard and has a high density. The holes allow liquid to drain away.
It completes the olive pot. If you would prefer a smaller ‘olive pot’, we recommend combining this olive spoon with the honey/jam pot.
